Trouble signing in
Fix the most common reasons a sign-in fails.
Sign in from the Ferio login page with the email and password for your account. You do not need to know your workspace address first: Ferio looks your account up by email across every workspace. If the sign-in fails, one of the causes below is almost always why.
Wrong email or password
For your security, Ferio shows the same message whether the email is unknown or the password is wrong, so a stranger cannot learn which emails have accounts. Retype your password carefully, watch for caps lock, and try again. If you are not sure of it, change it from your profile once you are in, or ask your administrator to help; see Change your password.
Email not verified
If your address was never confirmed, Ferio does not sign you in; it sends you to the Check your inbox page with your email filled in, ready to resend the link. Finish that first and the sign-in works. Full steps are in Email verification.
Deactivated or suspended
Two account states block sign-in even when your password is right:
- Account deactivated: your user was switched off, usually after you left or moved teams. Your administrator can reactivate it.
- Workspace suspended: the whole workspace is paused, often over billing. The workspace owner needs to sort that out.
The same email in two workspaces
If your email and password match in more than one workspace, Ferio shows a short list so you can choose which one to enter. Pick the workspace by name and you are in.
Tried everything and still locked out? Your workspace administrator can check your account and reset it. If a whole workspace is affected, contact Ferio support.
