See who's off at a glance
Every approved absence across the company lands on one shared calendar. Filter to a team or a person, see public holidays and part-time days in context, and tell at a glance when two people are away the same week.
How the calendar works
in three steps
Everyone's leave on one calendar
Approved time off from every team shows up on a single company calendar. No more cross-checking inboxes or spreadsheets to see who's away.
Filter to the view you need
Narrow to one team, one person or one leave type. Team leads open straight to their own team, with part-time schedules and public holidays shown in context.
See overlaps at a glance
Because everyone's leave sits on one calendar, it's obvious when two people are off the same week, so you can plan around it, in good time.

Full-time, part-time, or a week of your own
Not everyone works Monday to Friday. Give each person their own working week (compressed hours, a four-day week, a Wednesday off) and Ferio counts leave against the days they actually work, not a generic calendar.
Every country's holidays, already on the calendar
Each country profile brings its own public holidays, imported per country in one click and shown on the calendar for the people it applies to. A Hungarian and a French teammate each see their own days off, and neither has leave deducted for them.
When a Saturday becomes a workday, the math still holds
Some countries reschedule public holidays to make long weekends: declaring a Saturday a working day so a Friday can be off. Encode those swaps per year and Ferio counts leave against the real working calendar: the moved Saturday counts as a workday, the freed Friday doesn't.
