Email verification
Why we verify your email and how to complete it.
When a workspace is created, Ferio sends a verification email to the address you signed up with. Verifying it proves the address is yours and that we can reach you for approvals, reminders and security notices.
Confirm your address
Open the email titled to confirm your Ferio account and click its link. The link does three things in one step: it marks your email as verified, signs you in, and drops you on your dashboard. There is no code to type and nothing else to fill in.
Until you verify
An unverified address cannot sign in yet. If you try, Ferio does not show an error; it sends you to a Check your inbox page with your email already filled in, so you can pick up where you left off.
Resend the email
No email after a minute or two? On the Check your inbox page, use Resend to send a fresh one. Before you retry, check a few things:
- Look in your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm the address on the page is spelled correctly.
- Give it a minute; delivery is usually quick but not always instant.
Each new link replaces the previous one. Always click the most recent email, or the older link will no longer work.
