Leave shows up in the calendar you already use
Connect Google Calendar in one click and approved leave appears there automatically. On Outlook or Apple? Subscribe to a live iCal feed. Either way, nobody re-enters time off in two places.
How sync works
in three steps
Connect your calendar
Each person connects their own Google Calendar in one click from their profile, or copies a personal iCal link for Outlook and Apple Calendar.
Approved leave appears automatically
As soon as a request is approved, it shows up as an event on their calendar, with the title and detail your workspace's template defines.
Public holidays come along too
Opt in and the right public holidays for each person's country land on their calendar as well, so their week always looks right.
One-click connect, then it's automatic
Connect once from your profile and Ferio keeps your Google Calendar in step: approved leave appears as events, and a one-time backfill brings your existing bookings across. Changed something? A resync brings it back in line.
Outlook, Apple, or anything that speaks iCal
Not on Google? Generate a personal iCal URL and subscribe from Outlook, Apple Calendar, or any app that reads the format. It's a live feed: new leave shows up on its own, with no re-import.
Make synced events read the way you want
Decide once, for the whole workspace, what a synced leave event looks like: the title, the description, and whether it marks someone “out of office” or just “busy”. Tokens like {name}, {type} and {dates} fill in per request.
