If the help center did not solve it, a real person on the Ferio team is happy to help. Before you write, it is worth checking Common issues, since invitation, calendar and permission questions often have a quick self-serve fix.

Reach the team at support@theferio.com. Write in English or Hungarian, whichever you prefer.

What to include

The more detail you give, the faster we can help. Try to cover:

  • Your workspace name and the email you sign in with.
  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
  • The exact wording of any error message.
  • A link or screenshot of the page where it went wrong.

If the problem affects one specific person, include their name or email so we can look at the right account.
