Your team's calendar
See who is off and spot overlaps before they bite.
The team calendar is your month-at-a-glance view of who is off and when. It is the fastest way to catch two people booking the same week before you approve either one.
Open the calendar
Go to Requests and switch to the Calendar tab. You land on the current month with a row per team member; move between months with the arrows. Each person's absences appear as coloured bars, one colour per leave type, with a legend below.
Read the grid
Three things share the grid, and the legend spells them out:
- On leave: approved leave, shown in the leave type's colour.
- Pending: requested but not yet decided, so you can weigh a new request against what is already in the queue.
- Public holiday: marked per person against their own country profile, so a holiday in one country does not shade a colleague in another.
Whose names you see
The calendar is scoped to the team you lead, plus any teams nested directly beneath it. You will not see people outside that group. An HR admin with company-wide leave access sees every team instead. If a name you expect is missing, the person is probably in a different team; that is a scope boundary, not a bug.
