Invite your team
Add people and send invitations to set their password.
Add people to your workspace from Settings, then Users. Each person you add gets an email inviting them to set their own password, so you never handle temporary passwords or type anyone else in.
Add one person
Choose Invite user to open the add-user flow. It steps through what Ferio needs:
- Identity: name and work email.
- Role and access: their software role (what they can see and do) and country profile.
- Employment: team, company role, start date and work schedule.
- HR data: optional details such as date of birth and number of children, which can feed quota bonuses.
The last step is Review and invite. Confirm it, and Ferio creates the user and sends the invitation email.
What the invitation does
The email carries a secure link to a set-password page. The person picks their own password there and lands in the app; no password exists until they do. The link expires after a while, which is why a stale invite may need resending.
Until someone follows their link, their row is marked as a pending invite. That is normal and does not block anything else.
Resend an invitation
If an invite is missed or expires, open the person in the Users list and choose Resend invitation. That invalidates the old link and emails a fresh one. To add a whole team at once instead of one at a time, see Import users from CSV, and confirm everyone is in before you launch with the go-live checklist.
