Change seats or plan
Adjust your seat count or move to another plan.
Open Billing and choose Manage subscription to change your seat count. You set the number of seats; Ferio works out which plan that lands you on and what it costs. Upgrades and downgrades are handled differently, which is worth knowing before you save.
Add seats (upgrade)
Raise the seat count and save. The new seats are active immediately, so the extra people can sign in right away. You are not charged today. On your next billing date the invoice covers two things: the prorated difference for the rest of the current cycle at the new rate, and the next cycle's full amount. The breakdown appears on the invoice on your Billing page.
Remove seats (downgrade)
Lower the seat count and save, and nothing changes today. You keep all your current seats and your current rate until your next billing date, since you have already paid for this cycle. On that date the reduction activates and the next invoice bills the new, lower amount. A Downgrade scheduled note shows the pending change, and you can cancel it any time before it takes effect from the same page.
You cannot drop below your active user count. If you have 12 active users, the lowest seat count you can pick is 12. Deactivate people first if you need to go lower.
Crossing between plans
Because the plan follows the seat count, adding or removing seats can move you between Basic and Per Seat, and Ferio reprices accordingly. Two moves are not self-serve: entering or leaving Enterprise. Enterprise pricing is negotiated, so a change into or out of it is handled by sales, and the manage page will point you to contact them. Seat counts above the self-serve ceiling also route to sales for a tailored quote. For what each plan includes, see Plans explained.
